How can I maintain my bagging equipment's filling accuracy?

If there was a simple way to fill every bag perfectly, with no variation from the target weight, our business would be a lot easier!  However, maintaining accuracy is not an easy task.  It requires constant attention to the details and operation of the Bag Filling Equipment.  There are a few major variables to keep an eye on, that will help make sure your Bagging Equipment maintains accuracy.  I’ve listed six important ones.

A major concern when automating a valve bagging system is the false start.  A false start is when the bagger is started and the bag is not properly positioned on the filling spout; product can be dumped to the floor and dust can quickly fill the building.  Most false starts are due to variations in bag construction and wrinkles in the bags due to stacking and transportation of empty bags from the manufacturer; quality bags are critical to automated operations.

Model 725 is the latest air bagger from the Force Flow Packer family (700 Series). Air packers easily handle products ranging from fine powders to 3/8" in size. Model 725 provides the cleanest operation. Ledges are greatly minimized to prevent product/dust build-up. Plumbing and wiring is internally routed and protected by the sleek steel framework. The frame’s design also allows for overhead mounting (hanging frame), which leaves the floor area readily accessible for cleaning.
