General
- Reduced inserts are not recommended. If they are used, care must be taken to ensure the insert is straight and centered and that the seems are properly glued to prevent product leakage.
- No thumb notch or half moon cut out.
- Construction to be flat kraft (not extensible, not crepe)
- End of sleeve to be located per sketches below (attempt to hold tolerance as shown.)
Soni-Seal™ (one piece)
- Minimum 60 lb/3MSF natural kraft or bleached kraft with a coating of 50 lb/3MSF LDPE/LLDPE blend.
- Sleeve to be centered and glued. Used selvage edge and liquid adhesive. Slight offset is permitted.
Soni-Log©* (two piece)
- Top insert - Minimum 3.0mil LDPE/LLDPE blend tubing laminated to 33 lb/1MSF Natural Linerboard or 26 lb/1MSF Bleached Linerboard
- Bottom piece - Minimum 60 lb/3MSF Natural Kraft or Bleached Braft.

- Valve location reference is determined as viewed from the face of the bag.
